Terms & Conditions of Ashtvinayak Travels applicable on all customers.
Cost Exclusions:
- ASI & entrance fees for all monuments / sightseeing places
- Any air/train fare
- Items of a personal nature -i.e. drinks, laundry, tips & gratuities, still/video camera fees at monuments or any items not specified under inclusions.
Booking:
- Booking confirmation with 30% advance deposit for all facilities / categories.
- Booking confirmation subject cheque realization or payment reflection in our account.
- Booking will be validated only within specified period or time limit.
- Ashtvinayak Travels reserves total rights to cancel any booking in advent of unwanted or unpredictable situations like road blockage, strikes etc.
Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellations are to be communicated in writing and will attract a sum of INR 2000.00 minimum. Besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour.
- 10% of booking amount will be charged for cancellation with 7 days.
- 50% of the booking amount will be charged if cancellation after 7 days.
- No refunds after 5 days of booking period.
